PROMO MECHANICS
- Love The Rainy Season Promo runs from August 2 to August 31, 2010.
- Promo is open to new depositors, who can open an account with the required initial deposit amount per product type.

- WPB NEW accountholders shall receive a gift item upon account opening with the required initial deposit amount by drawing lots to determine which item to get.
- For every new account opened, the depositor is entitled to one (1) raffle entry. The more new accounts open, the more chances of winning grand items at the grand draw.
- All raffle entries should be filled out completely by client/s for validation purposes.
- To qualify as a Grand draw winner, a new depositor must maintain an average daily balance (ADB) of P5,000.00 at the end of the promo period and until the time of the grand draw.
- All qualified new accounts must have maintained the required initial deposit balance during the promo period. A closed account shall be automatically disqualified from the raffle promo. A No Withdrawal on initial deposits and no falling below maintaining balance policy apply during the promo period.
- For joint accounts, only one raffle ticket/prize will be given.
- Loan proceeds used to open a new account is not entitled to raffle entries for the grand raffle draw.
- Withholding taxes on prizes over P10,000.00 will be shouldered by World Partners Bank. Winners shall shoulder all other expenses in claiming their prizes.
For the Grand Raffle draw, there will be seven (7) winners who shall win the following prizes:
Third Place Winner: 5 units of DVD player for five (5) depositors.
Second Place Winner: one (1) 32” LCD TV for one (1) depositor.
Grand Prize Winner: one (1) Trip for 2 to Boracay, roundtrip airfare and hotel accommodation for one depositor. - The Grand Raffle draw will be held on November 15, 2010. Winners will be notified accordingly by registered mail on how to claim their prizes. Winners should present one valid ID and the registered mail in claiming their prizes. Winners will be requested to claim their prize at the branch where the account was opened.

- All winning accounts must be of good standing (must have maintained the required minimum deposit balance at time of the grand draw and did not close the account during the promo period.) A No Withdrawal on initial deposits and no falling below of maintaining balance policy apply during the promo period.
- Winners will receive a call from their maintaining branch, a notification letter, electronic mail or fax on how to claim their prizes.
Name of the winners’ shall also be posted in all WPB branches, and WPB website (www.worldpartners.com.ph). - Winners must agree to have their names, addresses and photographs included in the winners’ advertisement and other related advertising materials without additional expense charged to World Partners Bank. All winners will be required to personally go to their branch of account with at least one valid ID with photo and the original registered mail they received.
- If the winner authorizes a representative to claim the prize, the representative must present the original registered mail, authorization letter from the winner and one valid ID of the winner. The representative must also present a valid ID when claiming the prize.
- Winners will be asked to sign a waiver form to be forwarded to World Partners Bank Marketing Department for processing, verification and releasing of prizes.
- Grand draw prizes not claimed within SIXTY (60) days from receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of World Partners Bank, with the approval of DTI.
Control Measures
- Every new account opened shall be documented in a soft copy form indicating the following details: name, address, account number, product type and initial deposit . Report will be prepared by Operations and must be submitted to Marketing every month.
- Prior to the Grand draw, a DTI Representative will be invited to check the tambiolo to be used in the grand raffle draw.
- A copy of list of raffle entries with the first raffle number and the last raffle number of all the raffle booklets, sealed in an envelope signed by the DTI representative will be given to World Partners Bank for safekeeping and verification of DTI prior to the draw.
- A DTI Representative will be invited to be present during the actual drawing of grand draw winners.
- Winners shall be drawn one at a time.
- After each winner is drawn, representative from World Partners Bank and DTI shall validate and evaluate the winning accounts based on the premise that all winning accounts must be of good standing, have deposit not below the minimum deposit required for the promo. No Withdrawal on initial deposits and no falling below maintaining balance policy apply during the promo period.
- The list of winners with their corresponding prizes will be given to the DTI representative after the draw.
- In case of disputes, decision made by World Partners Bank Committee composed ofMarketing/PMD, Audit and Operations with concurrence of DTI will be deemed final, irrevocable and non appealable.
